First post here - went to the Doc after intercourse a few times after a year of no activity (new person in my life). I thought it was psychologocal DOc showed me (with a mirror)bruising and that the tissue was changed and dry - prescribed Estace nightly, an estrogen cream. I am worried this will not turn around and haven't told the three month guy what the exact problem is (yet). Any other things to try (diet? vitamins? exercise?)and have others seen improvement with these creams - and ,,,how long before you think I will be back in the groove? I am upset with this news obviously and feel so darn old...Thank You!
