Question Health-nuts, some advice please

I think I might have mentioned before, that I'm currently in a situation where I have no funds for food, so I rely solely on the family that I'm living with. Well. Things are to change. With some help from my sweetie I'm now able to invest in my own refrigerator, and I now have the funds to buy my own food...which will do a number of things. Most importantly it means, that I won't be living off the leftovers in the main fridge (which 80% of the time is potatoes pasta and rice, by the time I get home)

Which is also why I've put on about 15 lbs since moving out here.

But, now I'll be able to buy my own food, and eat as I wish, without the worry of something being eaten before I can get to it, and with out being picked at for when, how, and what I eat.

I'm a lover of lean meats (love my chicken) and I adore veggies and fruit. The current problem is not what to eat, but when to eat it. Since I have a somewhat backwards schedule.

I wake up at noon, go to work at quarter to 3pm, get home at 11pm, and go to bed between 3am and 4am. During my work hours I don't have time for anything remotely sit-down in terms of food.

So what I'm looking for is advice on when to eat what, so I can get started and get through my day, with a pick me up in the early evening, and something when I get home so it doesn't just sit in my tummy all night.

If any one has any suggestions, I'd appreciate it.
