Hello There,
I have had one child and I have to eat really health in order to keep my stomach flat. Also muscle weighs more than fat so if you gain muscle by weights and cardio then ultimately you will gain weight. The good kind of weight. I work-out 5 times a week. Here is what I do. Hope this helps!
Day 1 - 30 minutes on the elliptical / Triceps & Biceps
Day 2 - 30 minutes on the elliptical / legs
Day 3 - 30 minutes on the elliptical / abs
Day 4 - 30 minutes on the elliptical / shoulders and back
Day 5 - 30 minutes on the elliptical / I alternate any one of the above again
I learned how to do exercises effective exercises through purchasing a subscription of Women's Health.
