I agree with the above posters, i'm not against diet pills as such but the way you described it, they are not going to work for you any way. Diet pills only work when you are also watching what you eat and exercising.
You say you don't have time to go to the gym because of kids, house etc. I don't have the time either, and i'm sure a lot of mum's are in the same situation. But i try and fix excercise into my life in different ways. Running around after my 1 year old is one way! lol. When cleaning i put on some music and dance my way around the house! I know that sound silly but it works! I look ridiculous most of the time but it makes me enjoy cleaning more aswell!

When playing with my son, i lay on my back and lift him into the air.. just like doing weights but he has fun too!
I also have wii fit, i don't know if you have one, or are in the situation to be able to get one but i go on that for a little bit in the evening and it is well worth the money.
There are plenty of ways for you to get the excercise you need without having to shell out a ton of money for the gym! So think of your daily routine and why not figure out how you can turn it into your own personal gym!
