Hi again, just wondering how you are. My son starts school again next week and i will be starting my weight loss plan exercising + reallistic diet. I will have up to an hour and half in the mornings and evenings. I have started to eat and enjoy lots of veg, my plan is to have dinners with lots of differant veg with chicken or fish with no sauces, salads etc. I have gone off potato's though lately. I was going to try diet pills but cannot take them because i'm diabetic,i will have a treat at the weekend though otherwise people tend to give up on diets too easily, what do you think.
