I'd shy away from them, personally.

If you're lacking energy, it's probably something nutritional and you need to improve your diet. Or you're not getting enough sleep, not providing enough time for recovery (as in working out too much), dehydrated, etc.

To put it frankly... turning to energy drinks is like patching a leaking pipe with some duct tape. It doesn't really fix the problem.
