Default Food for Beauty #1

You must have heard it said that if it goes in your body, you wear it. Well, here's an addendum. If it goes on your body, you can wear it, too. You'll have more radiant, firmer skin while saving a tons of money. Below are some most natural product that you can use to beautify your skin without spending a crazy amount of money.

Avocados Mash a ripe avocado and gently massage on undereye puffiness and dark circles. While sitting, place a cold damp washclothing over closed eyes for about fifteen minutes. Rinse off by pressing off with the cloth. the oil in the avocado is a rich moisturizer, while the cold cloth helps de-puff. You can also mash a half-ripe avocado with a teaspoon of olive oil. Massage into cuticles, it's a great moisturizer. Rinse off after fifteen minutes.

Bananas Mash a banana with one egg yolk plus a teaspoon of almond extract. Apply it to the face and leave it on until dry. Remove with cool chamomile tea to moisturize and refresh.

Chamomile Tea
Use this chamomile steam treatment to clean pores and get rid of blackheads. Steep three tea bags in boiling water for at least five minutes. Close your eyes and hold your face close to the bowl. Hold a towel over your head so the steam will go right into your face, not into the air. Follow up by cleansing in a circular motion with a coarse washcloth. Rinse and moisturize.

Cherries Cherries are loaded with malic acid, which speeds up cell renewal while getting rid of dead skin cells. Mix two tablespoon cherry juice with a tablespoon of dry oatmeal. Smooth it over face and leave it on for five minutes, then rinse off. You can also mix a tablespoon of cherry juice concentrate with a tablespoon of sea salt. massage over damp skin. Rinse, then moisturize. This is a great "glow" treatment for the entire body.
