I had a breast reduction 1 year ago and I do not regret it. It makes me feel like I am comfortable enough to walk, I don't have the indentions in my shoulder, my blood pressure has went down, my back feels awesome and with that I am able to sleep better and most of all I feel like people are looking at my face and not my chest, when I am talking to them.
