That is what I am now on. I never did take the apidexin. So, tonight is the first complete day of 10, 1oz meals and medicine. Also, I made an error in my above post, i am under the care of a medical professional.
So, I now understand why the doctors say "No exercise" The slightest bit of exertion and your head starts pounding like you couldn't believe. Also, i think hypoglycemia might be an issue....it is 2am and i am a bit shaky along with a migraine. I keep reminding myself that binging on food isn't going to solve my problems. I want to very badly though to just get up and go in the kitchen and make some peanut butter toast. I understand my body has to get used to this, i just kind of feel ucky right now. I also keep reminding myself that in the end when i weigh 50lbs lighter that it will have all been worth it
