Lucky enough, WC, my fiance is doing that - one reason why I accepted his proposal. He reads books and listens to interviews that are geared towards having him understand women. I am seeing dramatic changes in his ways (which I hope to be consistent)...and on my part, I have been doing that also for the last two months of our break.

Like you said, I am growing and exploring, and so is he. Now, we've decided to do all of these explorations together, for better or for worse.
