Default Cost Factory

Actual cost depends on the laboratory doing them. The lowest being units made off-shore at present are as low as 51.00 US dollars. The mark-up from dentist to patient are far greater. It's considered a secret between the profession.
I for one would not want my teeth made in a third-world country by people who know nothing about what they are doing.
China is by far the greatest mass producing entity making many crowns, bridges, veneers and the like. Unfortunately, the patient and end consumer will suffer due to lower quality and no savings to them for accepting units of lower quality. They never know, but the dentist that places them does.

I would not want to even image if China had a recall of dental restorations, due to use of improper materials, it would be castastropic.

They got it wrong with the pet food, cough medicine and toothpaste, it would not surprise me if they were using garbage metal with toxic consequences that were eliminated in the states long ago.

Beware of where your dentist sends his dental laboratory work.
The cheaper he gets it done, the more money in his pocket not yours.
IMO lumineers are junk, just a way to get you in the door to start something that you will never be happy with. It starts the process that very few have been satisfied with. Someone should start a survey of how many patients with lumineers had them removed because of dissatisfaction and replaced with Empress by a qualified Clinical Ceramist Specialist. Patient education is vital within an industry that is truly atrophing.
