Hello!
I give you High fives for doing a cleanse. Most poeple find out what it takes and immediately say "NO WAY"...I deal in nutrition alot, and I can tell you that the cleanse is one of the best ways to get toxins out of your system. It is tough to do but well worth the effort. Follow what your product suggests as best as you can. The most important thing is to not eat ANYTHING that is pre-packaged or processed. Stay with vegi's, broths, even make your own "v-8" type drink with the juice left from the vegi's you steam. Stay away from grains as much as possible. This will not just help you loose weight, but give your system a chance to boost immunes. Did you know that the avg person carries 10lbs of waste in their abdomine??? A cleanse gets rid of that and starts pulling from other parts of your body. When you are done with your cleanse stay on a healthy diet and you will be pleased with the amount of energy you will gain and how your shape will change!!
