Jred,

I'm glad all worked out for 2-year-old!

Does the little one have a favorite toy or stuffed animal she likes? I went through this with my daughter when she was little... you aren't wrong! Once kids start jumping in the bed w/mom & dad, they get used to it and it's harder and harder to break them out of it.

You must stop her from getting in the bed with you and your husband ASAP! She thinks that is where she is SUPPOSED to sleep and she won't stop.

Explain to her that her room and bed is for her to sleep in. Tell her she's a big girl now... she drinks from her sippy cup and now she sleeps in her OWN bed.
Read her some bedtime stories. Let her "wear herself out" during the day... let her play, so that when night time comes, she'll be so worn out, she won't make a fuss about it! LOL!

After she gets her bath (oh, I hear lavender is a calming fragance, good for sleepy time!) read her a story and have her favorite toys and/or stuffed animals there. Let them "sit" around like they're enjoying the book too!

I hope this helps.
