I'm not a guy, but from what I've seen and heard from my male friends, it's not really a big deal to most guys. Personally, I think you should embrace your labia, and appreciate your body. There are many men out there that like larger/protruding labia. In fact, I have known some that preferred it. I had a friend tell me once that he didn't like women with short inner labia, because their vaginas looked like a young girls and not a womans; and that it was more womanly when a woman had larger inner labia. I have even heard it associated with the look of a flower as well. I wouldn't stress it at all if I were in your shoes, but I know that is asking a lot because it clearly worries you. I would focus on important it is that you feel comfortable with your body. Feeling uncomfortable about your body when you're having sex can lead to a whole bunch of other problems that you shouldn't have to deal with (you can't enjoy sex at it's fullest if your too busy wondering if he thinks your labia are too big, when the truth is that he probably doesn't notice or care.) If it bothers you that much, or they are so big that they are physically painful for you during sex, then perhaps you might want to consider a corrective surgery. Labiaplasty is quite common nowadays.
