I'm also a huge fan of home made pizza. Last year I bought a pizza stone and it was a great investment. Not only is it good for pizza, but also for whatever other baking you're doing. It also works pretty well for heating up frozen food
As for my pizza suggestions, I personally like to use honey instead of brown sugar for the dough. Also, for really tasty crust it helps to throw in some butter. For a little extra flavor, you could also try adding some pesto or roasted garlic or garlic powder into the dough as well. My faaaavorite combination for a pizza is using a pesto/spinach base, smoked salmon, brie cheese and some sliced tomato or mushrooms. Another favorite of my guests is buffalo chicken pizza. For this I sometimes add cayenne or tabasco to the dough, cook up some diced chicken with buffalo sauce, and use cheddar cheese. At the end a nice touch is to drizzle some blue cheese dressing over the pizza.
If only I could eat like this every day!
