Georgia and Texas have supurb opportunities in the High Tech and Scientific industry and the climate is milder than Michigan.

I reside in Northern California where it rains and is cold all winter. I am a native of Indiana/Illinois. All four of my grandparents are from Eastern Europe, also cold during the winters!

I would like to retire to a warmer climate after my children are grown.
My bones are getting too cold for this climate and California is Too expensive to live!
