No doubt! I have been in the health and fitness industry for over 20 years AND THE FIRST PIECE OF INFO that I give to any new personal training clients is a gallon of water a day!!! Skin, digestion, weight loss, release of retained water, toxins...the list goes on and on. Don't question it, just start now. Not flavored water.....just water! Walking...squatting....you get the picture!!
