Even though the woman isn't pregnant, you and your husband and still have issues among yourselves that need to be worked out.
You both would do well to get some counseling because he still cheated on you, and you went to your ex for advice when things went wrong between you and your husband.
Get some good, objective advice from a therapist BEFORE you bring another child into everything that's been going on.
