I don't know about this particular cleanse/detox but I have tried the Isagenix Cleansing & Fat Burning System and it really works. I lost 7 lbs, 8 1/2 inches & 8 % body fat in the first 9 days. I went on to lose 2 dress sizes (from a tight size 10 to a lose size 6) in only 1 1/2 months. I feel very lucky to have come across it. I learned about it at a Health Fair with a friend of mine. I didn't believe in the weight loss part of it because I have tried many diets but I did believe in cleansing/detoxification for health benefits. I went to go listen to a doctor speak on this system and all the health benefits that people were having. And they weren't kidding. It really has made a difference in my health & my life. The weight loss is a side benefit. ABC News in Salt Lake City (I live in Layton, UT) did a segment on this system. It was exciting because I was on it when they were doing it so I got to see 2 other people go through the cleanse at the same time. I also learned that Dr. John Gray, author of Mars Venus Diet & Exercise Solution wrote about it in his book. And Jack Canfield, author of Chicken Soup for the Healthy Soul has also written a book about it. My husband also lost 13 lbs in the first 9 days and he was already fairly thin. Of course, we were so excited we called all our family & friends. There are thousands having great results. Has anyone else tried it?
