You should be congratulated on your efforts. Keep up the good work. Here are some things I do.
-use a swivel chair that can rotates side to side. When you sit rotate for about 100 times left to right to work the waist line.
- if you have steps in the house, go up and down as much as possible and squeeze your buttocks (glutes) every time you take a step.
- if you're trying to loose weight by a calorie counting book from the bookstore to be able to get a feel for how many calories you are taking in everyday. They also have one for fast food restaurants.
- buy some green tea and have it already brewed, drink some during the day to help burn some fat.
- lift hand weights when sitting watching tv
- laugh as much as possible. Lower stress releases good hormones, high stress releases bad hormones that store fat
