stretches in the shower while you have hairproduct waiting to activate. Try touching the floor until you have your palms flat down on those tiles. NO bouncing, it must be controlled, slow, and relax your spine and hips, keeping your strength in your legs. Other moves are push-ups, leg lifts, arm lifts, butt tighteners and clenchers, breast "I-musts"... etc.
