I am 32 years old, i have 2 boys, 12, and 5. I am a student at the moment, im going through to be a nurse. But i am not starting till feb, i am doing upgrading. I am so nervous that i cant physically do it.
I am always tired and my back and mostly my neck always seems to ache and hurt sometimes (mostly at night) but i am always tired and have no energy. I have never got into exercising but i really really want to because i know it will benefit me.
I am 135 pounds, i have always been between 110 and 120 pounds, but i would say in the past 6 months my metabolism has gone way down hill. (im sure 30's have something to do with it).
After xmas i decided to cut out carbs from my diet and i just went to a lane swim tonight to try and boost my energy to start exercising.
Can anyone give me any advice about weight loss (only about 10 pounds) and a start to a exercise program easy for me to handle ( i am a very busy mom, at least i make that excuse).... what works to help with neck pain too..... its so hard to get energy....
