a bit of history..............during the war (canīt remember which one but long ago) american soldiers developed an infeccion in their mouths and were given peroxide to rinse.....when returned to camp, it was noticed that they had whiter teeth. Thus the tooth whitening procedure began.
My suggestion? rinse with peroxide, I would consult with your dentist does it need to be diluted with water, and
remember the dentist might tell you it wonīt work.....for obvious reasons. Good luck!
