I suffer from Generalized Anxiety Disorder. It's all the time, but it was always worse on my period. Some women suffer from anxiety only during PMS. I started taking the new birth control YAZ about a year ago. This gets rid of anxiety, cramps, bloading, the crying, all the stuff that happens during PMS. For some it doesn't take it away completely, just minimizes it. But it works really well for me.
Maybe you should talk to your doctor about it. Or at least do some research about it online. periods are short also, like 2-3 Days. Just a thought, I hope this helps.
