I, too, have jumped on the soy and whey bandwagon. I have found it satisfactory for the most part but do experience hunger pangs in between the shake and the snacktime. I have opted to crunch a stalk or two of celery and drink plenty of water. I cannot have frozen veggies EVERY night for dinner so I have also had a 1/2 cup each of lettuce and spinach mixed with a cup of various fresh veggies. I use a slight drizzle of olive oil and red wine vinegar for a dressing. I started last Monday and have lost 4lbs in 4 days. It took me almost 10 years to gradually put on this weight, which, by the way doesn't belong to me

If I can continue this... Wait...I will continue this and be a "bunny" by Easter!! I am so glad I found this thread for I need to know someone is there with me.
