Yes In Vitro works after a TL. However you might have a better chance with a tubal reversal.
Tubal ligation reversal by Dr. Berger. I just had a tubal reversal the end of last month. With TR you have a chance every month to get PG. Cost of a TR is about 5,800 IVF is about 20,000 for one try.
