Just an FYI - An article in BabyTalk today said that many pediatricians do it right in the office and that over the age of four months is a good age to get it done, because the babies have had their Tetanus shot. They recommend not having it done in a shop with the gun.
I'd feel safer having the doctor do it than either a jewerly shop or a tattoo parlor.
