Yes I will write about everything when I get the redusyn, I hope that it will get here this week, can't wait to start, of course I have cleaned out my fridge of those nasty things and I bought lots of fruits, and hope that I won't be tempted to cheat. Like Babygirlme said you have to learn to eat right and exercise, and I am planning on doing that too.
