Day 1**** weight 225 lbs*** Well today is the beginning of my weight loss plan. Took my first redusyn pill, took it with my breakfast of 1 slice of whole wheat bread with cottage cheese on it and a low fat joghurt. I plan to take a walk after each meal, I bought alot of fruits and low calorie foods yesterday, there is no junk food anymore in my house, it use to be full of it. I am going to spoil myself and take a nice bubble bath with candles on.
