I have talked to my doctor before I decided to take a diet pill, I also promissed him that I would have regular check ups, I just had a check up last week, and he said I could try it. As soon as I notice any side effects, then I will quit. Took my second pill this morning and my day went well (and I didn't eat so Much) YAHOO !
