Day 3**** This is getting better all the time, I feel great today and was hardly hungry. Tomorrow I am going to jump on the scale, hope I see something I like. I am going to start riding my bike more often, I need to do more exercises, but what?? I am sure I will find something, but what is good to do, so that you can burn up calories.
