I tried both of them and didn't really see any major results, especially for the amount of money you spend on those products. The one that my friend recommended to me that I like the best is the Dr. Collins All White Bleaching. Noticed results in about a week or so and I have sensitive teeth so they didn't bother me. I would try it if I wear you, I bought it for pretty cheap off
