I have special K on a regular basis and it started with wanting to do the challenge. I felt it made me feel better as it was a good start to the day rather than losing lots of weight. If you are looking at losing weight than you can't count on it alone - you need to add healthy eating and exercise to it. But if it's just to keep healthy, it's a great start. Best of luck with it.
