, and running with a partner is always a bonus. i have completed Day 2 of Week 2 yesterday, went on a different track and found it quite manageable, it DOES get easier. i found visualisations really help me stay focussed and keep me going.
are you using the podcasts or are you timing yourself with a watch?
i found the podcasts helpful, although the music isn't really my kind

but it serves its purpose. using a HRM and found that once my HR goes above 150 i start to wear out, so have to pace myself carefully.
