Thumbs up Stir Fry?

Buy a wok and make stir fry. It's fast and easy. Just heat up some olive oil. get a little jar of galic and a few spices, they have an asian style spice out. Chop up some onions, green, red whatever color peppers you like. I usually chop up some tomatoes to. Any veggie you like will do. Instead of meat, try some kidney bean, just throw them in the wok. Stir it around for a while. Put it over some brown rice, or whole grain pasta. There you go. I eat like this pretty much every night. I change the veggies I throw in there for variety, change the spice I use every once in a while. Just try new things. I am a college student as well. I have been eatting like this since december and I changed a few other things in my diet as well. Like increase the amount of fruit I eat. If I am at school and I get hungry, I'll buy a piece of fruit instead of a muffin, or fries. w/e I posted more of what I have been doing on the weight section of "Fitness, Nutrition & Weight Loss." In December I weighed 190. In the begining of March, I weighed 150.
