You should be very proud of this as you have given him a memory that he will never forget! I would have loved to see that at that age...assuming the 16-year-old was a male.
Once when we were in reverse missionary, or whatever its official name is, I bucked the wife right off me and onto the floor. She sprained her wrist. Now that really sucked! I would usually raise her up so all her weight would be on her clitorus. Got into it too much this time and started to imitate a bucking bronco...got a bit too into it.
