I have really fine hair as well....i always have, too, so i know your pain
Anyway, since my husband and i have been trying to have a baby, i have been taking a daily vitamins, of course they are prenatal, but any daily multi will do. And to tell you, my hair has gotten so much better! also, there are certain special shampoos you can find, but they are somewhat spendy, so i just tried Dove Pro Age thick and full shampoo, it is designed for thin, weak or fine hair and it has worked really well and not that spendy for shampoo and conditioner
