Motivation is the key.. I took the liberty to get your BMI ( Body Mass Index )
Using your height ( 5"8) and weight (220LBS)
Your BMI score is: 33.4
and
Underweight = <18.5
Normal weight = 18.5-24.9
Overweight = 25-29.9
You fall under
Obesity = BMI of 30 or greater
I know its not something you want to know.. But hopefully this will give you some motivation to find some time and exercise.
