You might want to checkout . It has all sorts of support groups, articles on nutrition, fitness, motivation, and lots more, it has daily menus that you can check and change to keep track of what you're eating and virtual demonstrations of short daily workouts. They have a list of simple goals (daily, weekly, monthly) and you can customize your goals even beyond things like losing weight. For instance, I have a long term goal that's like be happy with my life (or something like that) and I have little goals to help acheive that, like waking up with a positive attitude. You can add financial goals and practically any other type of goals you can think of! Definitely check it out!
