Urtica tea seemed to work only in a couple of days (my grandma's advice)
It could be probably found in European groceries under the names of zihlava, kopriva, pokrzywa, or brennensselblatter.
This is a tea that could be drunk on regular basis.

I've been told that there are variaties of Chinese herbs that should work as well.
