When you say you have pain in your face the first thing that I thought of was your sinuses. Sometimes you can have a build up of fluid in your sinuses. The fluid can get so built up that it can affect your inner ear, possibly causing dizziness. Even if there is no nasal conjestion. BUT, you need to see a doctor.
