Just remember all movement is excercise of a kind so you don't need to rush out and join a gym or anything like that unless you want to. just start by moving more and if time is an issue replace a meal a day with a frozen healthy choice meal or a diet shake in the morning. Keep lots of healthy snacks around like fruit and no fat yoghart.
Every step forward is a step in the right direction. Just start by taking a few steps and before you know it you will be on your way to a healthier life.
