To Food Allergy Sufferers...
|
|
I feel for you! I am currently employed in a high class restaurant and my goodness there are a lot of things to be allergic to that I had never even thought of. I, personally, do not have any severe allergies, but I've run across a large amount of people who do. One of my good customers can only consume 100mg of salt per day. How do you ration that out? Practically everything has salt! Another lady is deathly allergic to any dairy product. All I could think about while taking her order was, "How does she live without cheese?". My question is, now and days, is it easier to eat around allergies because of all of the options we have? Such as soy products, etc? I'm curious of the effect these things have on daily living. No responses are needed, but are appreciated!
