Nose pain and swelling & tenderness

I wrote yesterday July 4th about my problem with my nose being swollen, tender, red and it down right hurts to the touch. Does anyone out there knows what this is??????????? If so, please share with us who has had this problem. It has come out of no where for me. Help!!!!!!!!!!! Thanks, Kay
