Practically everything has salt! Another lady is deathly allergic to any dairy product. All I could think about while taking her order was, "How does she live without cheese?". My question is, now and days, is it easier to eat around allergies because of all of the options we have? Such as soy products, etc? I'm curious of the effect these things have on daily living. I think that the older we get, the more our body disregards things it no longer requires, or can take, injuries can also cause stress realted matters that double up with food in-take, such as chilli, or dairy products are a no no for IBS sufferers, who previously ate it throughout their life, but now it disagrees with them.

Working in a Restuarant you have just become more aware of what people can tolerate that previously you wouldn't have thought about..

It is easy to eat around allergies, or non tolerated foods. Yes, Soy is an example, they make lactose free milk for IBS sufferers, salt well, my favourite bugger ... Equal for those that can not stomach sugar.

The dangerous ones such as peanuts, which can kill people, is the one you really need to watch out for most....if asked.
