If youre slim, then all you need to do is tone up your oblique muscles, the ones that run down the side of your tummy (where love handles are).
Search the internet for oblique exercises... id love to be more helpful and describe the actual exercise...but without diagrams, its difficult
On a side note, you ladies are so lucky... i'd love to have additional fat here...for me, i eat one chocolate cookie and my thighs balloon

... oh, and if i loose weight, it comes off my breasts....not my thighs - ahhhh, being a woman is fabulous!!
