Question POST MENOPAUSE at 43....

I am not kidding, I am already post menopausal, just received the test results. I am anxious a lot of the time. I have hot flashes and still am able for the most part keep a good attitude. I think a lot of the time women are not told about proceedure's they may have..(i.e.) hysterectomy's, oblisions, partial hysterctomy's, and I for one think it is important for women like myself to be aware that it's just not a fluke all of the time that they hit menopause at an early age. I think starting calcium early is a good idea and another great idea is fish-oil, with omega in it.
Wow do I wish I had spell check now..please forgive the miss-spellings.
I can not believe how we wait for certian things...bone-scans 65yrs, and mamogram
40yrs. Why do we wait until after the fact to treat things like osteoperosis and breast lumps, ( not always cancerous), but why????
They tell me it depends on your family history..the last time I looked family starts at any point. I, as I babble a little here, am tired all the time. I can not stand that.
If you know how it feels to go through this, young, I sure could use some talking,
