I would like to hear everyone's ideas about how to reduce puffyness, dark areas, and tired look of eyes. I personally am noticing that my eye seem to be looking tires and wore out as I get older. I get plenty of sleep and my stress levels are not excessively high. I drink plenty of water. So what's the next step?
There are so many things to try. I am just not sure which to start with and this is one area I don't know a whole lot about.
