Sweating at Night
Hi girls,
Can anyone tell me if they experiecned this? I'm 43 years old and I thought maybe I was going through perimenopause but my gyno tells me no. I even went my regular physicain and he can't figure it out either. I wake at least 3-4 times a night because I'm freezing from being soaking wet and it's only my head nowhere else. I'm not hot at night and I even turn the heat down so my apt. is a little cool.
Any info?
I'm so tired of changing shirts & pillow cases all night long.
Can someone add anything, please?
