Ok my daughter will be 9 in August and I feel it is time to talk to her about starting her menstrual cycle. I don't want to wait until it is too late and she be unprepared. Does anyone know of any good books or anything that can help me explain this to her in a way that she understands and that won't confuse her? TIA
